Transparency in School Councils-2007

CDPF conducted research on transparency in the School Councils in Vayots Dzor and Syunik regions, which included developing questionnaires, training interviewers, summarizing the research data, and writing the final report based on the results of sociological analysis.

The research was a programmatic planned action and the results were later used by Partnership and Teaching “GUM” NGO to develop a package of suggestions on “The Statute of School Councils” and to apply to the Ministry of Education and Science for approval.

It was a great success that the suggestions were adopted and the Statute was updated and reformed.
