Mr. David Chityan is one of the CDPF Founders. Currently he is CDPF Director and Grants Manager. He has background in Management Psychology and more than nine year experience in programs implementation and administration with state and non-governmental organizations. His area of expertise includes project development and implementation, grant and financial administration and management. He has implemented over 20 humanitarian and development projects, administered over 57 grant programs. During his work experience he has conducted 30 trainings in migration, disaster management, project development and implementation and financial management fields.

Ms. Tatevik Margaryan is Deputy Director  and Service Coordiantor at CDPF. She has joined CDPF as an Organisational Development and Training Specialist just since its foundation. Tatevik is a sociologist, graduated from Yerevan State University (Diploma) and Central European University (MA diploma). She has more than eight years of intensive experience working in social sphere with various non-profit organizations and as a free-lancer as Trainer, Sociologist, Project Coordinator, OD Expert. Tatevik has strong knowledge and experience both in sociological research and analysis and in providing trainings and consultation in various areas, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Program Development and Management, Research Methods. Tatevik is a member of Professionals Association of Trainers.

Ms. Lilit Hovhannisyan has joined CDPF since January 2007 as Program assistant and MP Voting Records Officer. Since October 2008 Lilit works as Program Specialist at CDPF. She has background in Political Sciences and is a specialist of English language. She has more then 3 years experience in programs management and administration. Lilit has a great experience in working with volunteers. She coordinates the work of volunteers at CDPF, providing them with any kind of support.

Ms. Maria Poghosyan works at CDPF since October 2008. She has joined CDPF as Program and Administrative Assistant. In 2010, Maria coordinated "My City" Information & Advice Center. Now Maria is PR and Event Coordinator at CDPF. She has practised her internship at CDPF for six months; afterwards she joined CDPF as a staff member. She has background in International Relations and is a specialist of International Relations and Foreign Affairs. She has more than a year experience in working and practising in the Centre of European Law and Integration (CELI) and in UN Volunteer Program.

Ms. Lina Khoyetsyan is Chief Accountant at CDPF since March 2008. Lina is an economist, graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Economy, Financial-accounting faculty and has received a Diploma of Accounting and Audit. She has more then seven years of intensive experience working in accounting sphere with non-profit organizations and other organizations. As well as she works at PFCS NGO as a Chief Accountant. She has attended many courses related to her specialisation, among them The Central Bank of Armenia Banking Educational Centre, Banking business course, ACCA course, Armenian Software¦ accounting computer course.

Ms. Rubina Arakelyan joined CDPF team from December 2006 as a part-time Chief Accountant and since October 1, 2008 Rubina is the CDPF Finance Officer. Rubina Graduated State Engineering University of Armenia, the Faculty of Sociology. She received her MA in Industrial Management from State Engineering University of Armenia and then she received MA with the minor of accounting/Business from American University of Armenia. She is an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) second level student and member of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia. Before joining CDPF, Rubina has worked in Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia as an ACCA coordinator /Education and Certification Specialist. From October 2005 she works at American Councils of International Education Armenian Representation office as a Finance Officer.

 Ms. Anahit Chnchghukyan works at CDPF since June 2010 as a Program and Administrative Assistant. After having practiced her internship at CDPF for 2 years, she joined its staff afterwards. Anahit is a social psychologist and graduated from Yerevan State University from the faculty of Philosophy and Psychology.  Currently she is doing her MA at the same faculty.

Ms. Nona Aghajanyan has joined CDPF team since 2011 as a volunteer. Having assisted CDPF in its overall activities for about 8 months, she has joined CDPF as a Receptionist.

Nona has taken part in a number of trainings organized by CDPF developing her own personal and professional capacities.

Ms. Almast Vardanyan has been volunteering at CDPF since JuneAlmast 2011, and has joined CDPF team from July as an expert-lawyer. She studied at the University after Hrachya Acharyan at the department of International Law and got the diploma of lawyer, International law specialist. Almast practiced at RA Ministry of Justice at the departments of Legal Acts Investigation and at the civil registry offices. From 2002 to 2011 based on civil-legal agreements of legal service provision she conducted work at “Hayaeronavigatsia” CJSC, “The Armenian Railway” CJSC and at the Expertise Center of Medicines and Medical Technologies of the Ministry of Healthcare. Simultaneously Almast works at the Ministry of Justice Legal Institute, State Non-Profit Organization as an expert-lawyer.
